The Proof

What Actually Happens After We Build Your Site

The number one question every business owner asks before signing: "How long until I see results?"

It's a fair question. You've probably been burned by someone who promised results and delivered excuses. So here's the honest timeline — what actually happens, when, and why.

Day 1: Your site is live

Not a coming-soon page. Not a template with placeholder text. A complete, functional website:

  • Homepage with your real business information, services, and service areas
  • All your service pages — deep, detailed content for every service you offer
  • About page with your story and credentials
  • Contact page with your correct name, address, and phone number everywhere
  • FAQ hub answering the questions your customers actually ask
  • Sitemap and technical SEO — everything Google needs to find and understand your site

On day one, if a customer Googles your business name and visits your site, they see a complete professional presence. Not a work in progress. A done website.

Weeks 1–7: City pages roll out

This is where most people ask "why not all at once?"

Your full site might have 200, 400, even 800+ pages — one for every service in every city you cover. We don't publish them all on day one because Google would see a brand new website suddenly dumping hundreds of pages and flag it as suspicious.

Instead, we roll them out in batches of 2 to 5 pages per day over 5 to 7 weeks. This matches how Google expects real websites to grow. Each batch goes through the same quality gate every other page passed — if it doesn't score above our threshold, it doesn't publish.

During this phase you won't see much search traffic from the new pages yet. That's normal. Google needs time to crawl, index, and evaluate new content. The pages are working — they're just not visible in search results yet.

Month 2–3: Traction starts

This is when the math starts showing up in your phone.

Google has crawled your pages. It's seen that every page is unique — real content about real services in real cities, not the same paragraph with a different city name swapped in. It's found your schema markup telling it exactly what you do and where. It's followed your internal links connecting services to cities to FAQs.

You'll start seeing:

  • Calls from cities you've never gotten calls from. This is the first sign. Someone in La Porte or Deer Park or Spring found your page and called. They didn't know you existed before.
  • Your pages appearing in Google results. Check by searching "your service + city name." You'll find your pages showing up where they weren't before.
  • Google Business Profile traffic increasing. Your website signals feed your GBP ranking. More pages about more cities = more relevance in more areas.

Month 3–6: Compounding

This is where it gets interesting. Every page on your site reinforces every other page. Google sees a site that covers plumbing in 20 cities with deep content, FAQ pages, and proper schema — and it starts trusting you as an authority across that entire service area.

Your city pages start ranking higher. Your service pages climb. Your FAQ pages start appearing in "People Also Ask" boxes. Your site starts getting cited in AI search results from ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity.

The calls don't just continue — they increase. Month over month. Because organic visibility compounds. Unlike paid ads where you pay the same amount for the same result every month, organic pages get stronger over time.

Every 90 days: Content refreshes

Here's what separates a site that keeps climbing from a site that plateaus: freshness.

Every 90 days, our system automatically reviews and refreshes your content. Updated information, improved targeting based on real search data, new FAQs based on what people are actually asking. Google rewards fresh content, and most websites are build-and-forget. Yours isn't.

What you do during all of this

Answer the phone.

Seriously. That's your job in this. We handle the website, the content, the SEO, the technical stuff, the hosting, the updates, the GBP posts, and the monitoring. You do what you're good at — running your business and serving your customers.

When the phone rings from a new city, you answer it and do great work. That's the partnership.

The honest caveat

We can't guarantee specific rankings or specific call volumes. Anyone who does is lying to you. What we can guarantee is that a 5-page website will never compete with a 300-page website in local search. The math is the math.

What we build gives you the best possible foundation — more pages, better content, stronger technical SEO, and a system that keeps improving — than anything else on the market at any price. The results follow the foundation.

Most of our clients see meaningful traction by month 3 and significant growth by month 6. Some faster, some slower, depending on their market and competition. But the trajectory is always the same: up and to the right.
